Abby Jules Penwarden - Born 22/12/2008

Little Abby was born today in Wellington Hospital, she arrived at 8:02pm, weighed in at 3.48kgs and she and Sandy are doing really well!

Wild Wellington 12-Hour Mountain Bike Event

	Tony, Nigel, Blair, Matt and Carl had a great day on Mount Victoria in the heart of Wellington City competing in the Wild Wellington 12-hour Mountain Bike event! The GT Peace Single Speed got a trashing and gave us our fastest times!

Central North Island Mountains

I flew back from Hamilton to Wellington this afternoon and our pilot gave us a fantastic view of the Central North Island mountians, here is a great shot of Mount Ruapehu, with a good view of the crater lake (taken with iPhone).

Tandem Changes

We've just completed a major overhaul of our tandem. The drive train was up for replacement so we went the whole hog. First thing we changed out our rear wheel, dérailleur gears and chain rings for a new back wheel with a 14-speed Rohloff Speedhub and resulting cleaner drive train. At the front end we've replaced our fixed fork for a Wotan suspension fork and 8.5inch Magura Gustav disc. The speedhub changes very nicely and gives a slightly wider gear range than our old 8-speed set-up. The front is giving us a smoother ride and amazing stopping power. We're off in a couple of weeks for a quick South Island tour and will update how it performs after that!

Rina and Wan's Wedding

Rina and Wan got married on Saturday, 1 March 2008. It was a fantastic ceremony, full of colour, food and fun! Rina and Wan looked sensational!

Matt and Heather's Wedding, 29 February 2008

Matt and Heather got married on Friday 29th February. It was a beautiful, hot day at Burnard Gardens, just outside of Waikanae. They both looked stunning! It was a great gathering of family and friends, with some great speeches and a little dancing.
